Drag Story Hour: Celebrating Black Voices

Family Equality is teaming up with Drag Queen Story Hour to host an afternoon of celebrating Black voices! San Francisco-based drag star BeBe Sweetbriar will be sharing stories that highlight Black history & uplift Black excellence. Join us and meet some of our favorite characters!

Today’s storyteller, BeBe Sweetbriar, is an award-winning performer, media personality, and fierce advocate. She has spent years fighting against HIV/AIDS stigma, uplifting the realities of LGBTQ+ youth, and highlighting the stories of queer & trans people. Simply put, there’s nothing sweeter than Sweetbriar! You can follow her on Instagram @bebesweetbriar.
