WORLD PREMIERE: 10 Minute Heart-Brain Connection Meditation

May 13, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm EDT

  • « WORLD PREMIERE: Get Ready with Willam Belli | Full-Face Drag Makeup Tutorial for Kids
  • Story Hour: Ourshelves Edition! »

Join us on Wednesday for a much-needed 10 minute break to your week—or tune in later to watch anytime you’re in need of some brain and body refreshment!

Our heart is more than just an organ, it’s an expansive energy center. There are more nerve connections between the heart and the brain than any other system in the body – in fact, 90% of these connecting fibers ascend from the heart up to the brain. These neural pathways are constantly sending signals that interact with the brain’s higher cognitive and emotional centers, and it has been scientifically proven that practicing positive emotions both increases intuition and promotes creativity.
This bite-sized workshop will start with a brief lesson about the heart-brain connection and end with an uplifting, heart centered meditation to evoke full body balance.  Leave feeling refreshed and radiant!
